- Advice:
- Check that the drain hose has not come out of the standpipe. It needs to be secured to ensure it stays in place. Tie a piece of string from the elbow or the hose to a bracket below that is supporting the standpipe. The elbow can also be secured to the wall with a screw. Alternatively, the hard U-bend on the end of the drain hose can be removed if you have a separate drain for the washing machine. The drain hose can then be inserted 15 to 20 cm into the drain pipe. Please remove any blockage from the drain. If the fault persists, please arrange an engineer visit.
