- Terminate wash programme. Open stopcock. Reselect and start programme. Clean water inlet filte as described in Operating Instructions (section on cleaning and care). Make sure there are are no sharp kinks or loops in the inlet hose. Monitor any kinks as these may cause the plastic to become brittle and worn. In the event of damage, replace the inlet hose. - Ensure that the max. head height of 1 metre is not exceeded.
- Clean the drain filter and the drain pump as per the Operating Instructions.

Overloaded
The 'Overloaded' indicator lamp is flashing towards the end of a drying programme
- Issue:
- The load is too large.
- Advice:
- Do not exceed the maximum load. See operating instructions for further information. This way you will avoid:
- a) Creasing of delicate items
- b) Uneven drying / damp textiles. Complete the drying process using a 'Timed drying' programme.
Inlet/Outlet
The Inlet/Outlet indicator light flashes during a programme, but the wash programme is running normally
- Issue:
- There is a blockage in the water inlet. The water pressure is too low. The filter in the water inlet hose is clogged.
- Advice:
- Check if the stopcock is fully open or the intake hose is not kinked.
Clean the filter as follows:- First turn off the stopcock.
- Unscrew the threaded union connecting the free end of the inlet hose to the stopcock.
- Remove the rubber seal from the recess.
- Using pointed pliers, take hold of the plastic filter bar and remove it.
- Clean the plastic filter.
- Reconnect the hose and make sure it goes on correctly and is not cross-threaded.
- Open the stopcock. If water drips out, tighten the spigot nut.
Door
The door cannot be opened and when the 'Door' button is pressed, the 'locked' indicator lamp flashes
- Issue:
- For safety reasons, the door cannot be opened until the internal temperature is below 70°C.
- Advice:
- 1. Wait until the temperature has dropped below 70°C to open the door.
- 2. Activate the programmable function 'Opening the door at high temperatures' as described in the operating instructions. This will allow you to open the door when the internal temperature is above 70ºC (Beware, risk of burning or scalding)
Drying results
The laundry is too damp after a drying cycle
- Issue:
- The load weighed less than 1 kg. The moisture sensing system cannot operate with too small a load. During spinning, the laundry formed a ring in the drum because the laundry was distributed unevenly.
- Advice:
- In future, dry small loads in a 'Timed drying' programme. Turn the 'Washing' and 'Drying' programme selectors to the 'Finish' position. Open the door and loosen the laundry. - The appliance is not plugged in. There was a power cut. The door is not correctly engaged. There is still water in the drum. For safety reasons the door cannot be opened when the temperature inside the drum is above 70°C.

- Please check that the appliance is plugged in and switch the washer dryer on by pressing the 'I-On/0-Off' button. Open the door using the emergency release as described in the operating instructions. Press hard against the lock side of the door, then press the 'Door' button.
