H1
NTC (thermistor) Open or Short Circuit
- Issue:
- The washing machine has detected an error with the wash thermistor and is reporting this. The error can be caused by either a short circuit or the thermistor itself being open circuit.
- Advice:
- Check wiring to thermistor
- Check thermistor normally ~4700 Ohms @ 25˚C ambient

Heater detected open circuit
- Issue:
- Ordinarily this is the indication of a simple heater failure however it may pay to check the wiring and thermistor.
- Advice:
- Check wash heater for continuity
- Check wiring to heater
- Checck thermistor
H3
Heater detected as always on
- Issue:
- The wash heater is detected as being on constantly in the washing machine and the machine will abort and shut down.
- Advice:
- Check wash heater
- Check wiring
- Check pressure or level sensor
- Check heater relay on main control PCB
H4
Water inlet valve triac short circuit
- Issue:
- The electronic control module has detected a fault in the water inlet valve control triac, namely that it has a short circuit.
- Advice:
- Check wiring to water valve
- Check water valve
- Check valve triac on the electronic control board

Drain pump detected open circuit
- Issue:
- Ordinarily this will be indicative of a simple drain pump failure.
- Advice:
- Check drain pump for continuity
- Check wiring to drain pump
H6
Motor triac short
- Issue:
- The electronic controller has detected a short circuit on the motor control triac but there are other things to check.
- Advice:
- Check wiring to motor
- Check motor
- Check motor control triac on main electronic board
H7
Pressure sensor failure
- Issue:
- This error is the electronic controller detecting that there is a failure of the pressure or level sensor however, it can also be caused by an errant reading or signal causing the failure to be detected.
- Advice:
- Check wiring to pressure sensor
- Check pressure sensor
- Check connectors on main control board
H11
Motor open circuit
- Issue:
- This error can be caused by the motor being oppen circuit or the motor tacho being detected as open circuit. Both can be cause by wiring or connection issues.
- Advice:
- Check wiring to motor
- Check wiring to motor tacho
- Check wiring from electronic controller to the motor
- Check motor
- Check motor tacho
