'SuperFrost' display reacts strangely
- Issue:
- When the 'SuperFrost' button is pressed, the compressor continuously runs but the display remains at the previously set temperature.

nA
'nA' appears in the temperature display of the freezer section
- Issue:
- The freezer compartment temperature has risen too high at some point during the last few days or hours because of a power cut.
- Advice:
- Press the buzzer OFF switch as long as 'nA' is shown in the display.
- The temperature display will show the warmest temperature recorded in the freezer compartment during the power cut.
- Depending on the temperature displayed, you should check the condition of food in the freezer. If it has defrosted or started to defrost, check that it is still safe to use and if so use it as soon as possible. Defrosted food may only be re-frozen after it has been reheated.
- The warmest temperature will show in the display for about 1 minute.
- The actual current temperature in the freezer section will then show in the display again.
- After a power cut, the appliance will work at the last temperature setting.

Alarm sounds and the freezer section temperature display flashes
- Issue:
- The freezer zone is warmer than the temperature selected. The freezer compartment door has been opened too frequently. This has caused the temperature inside the freezer compartment to rise or A large amount of fresh food has been put in for freezing and has caused the temperature to rise or A power failure occurred.
- Advice:
- As soon as the freezer compartment door remains closed for a longer period of time, the temperature will return to the temperature selected. No remedy necessary. After a short while, the temperature will rise again to the temperature selected. Once power has been restored to the appliance, the temperature will reach the temperature selected again.

- The room temperature is lower than the ambient temperature for which the appliance is designed. This causes the cooling system to switch off for too long, resulting in the freezer zone temperature rising too high.

Temperature in the fridge or freezer compartment is too cold
- Issue:
- The temperature is set too cold. The SuperCool or SuperFrost function is switched on (LED lit up) which overrides the temperature control and allows the machine to get colder for when large amounts of food are going to be added into the fridge or freezer compartment. The doors are not properly closed. There is a technical fault.
- Advice:
- Set an appropriate temperature. Press the SuperCool or SuperFrost button to turn this function off. (LED goes out) Please allow at least 24 hours, especially the freezer section to settle back to the set temperature. Note; The SuperFrost function switches off automatically after 30 - 60 hours. The SuperCool function switches off automatically after 6 hours. Check that the doors close properly.

- The correct temperature has not been set.

- Issue:
- The ventilation openings in the plinth and in the housing unit at the top have been covered over or are blocked. The appliance door is opened too frequently. The compressor has to run for longer in order to maintain temperatures inside the appliance. A large amount of food has been put in at once for keeping fresh or for freezing. The compressor must run more often to cool the food. The door cannot be closed properly. There is a thick layer of ice in the freezer section.
