Error 11

Error 23

Error 31
Error 31 means there is a problem with the pressure switch, to be more precise it means there is a wiring issue with the switch. While this might be relatively simple to fix (in some cases) it is still advisable to call in a professional.
Error 32
This error is again related to the pressure switch, however, this time it means it is incorrectly calibrated. Error 35

Error 44 and Error 45

Error 51, 52 and 53
These error codes all relate to motor problems in your washing machine. Signal and general electronic issues will be the most likely culprits, but it could be caused by PCB faults or leakage.
Error 61
This error code means there is a problem with the heating system inside the washing machine, meaning that it can’t get to a sufficient heating level. There are a number of faults that could be causing this error which is why it’s best to get a professional technician in.
Error 62
This error is similar to code 61 but it means the washing machine is overheating. There are again numerous possible causes of this problem and while it may correct its self, it’s best to call in a professional to examine the appliance.
Error 66 and 68

Error 69

Clearing Error Codes
One final tip to remember is that you will sometimes need to clear the error codes before you can reuse your washing machine. Below I’ve listed the general guidelines that should work on the majority of Zanussi model appliances, but you should also consult your instructions manual.
Select the diagnostic mode.
Turn the selector/ dial to the number ten position.
Then press and hold the start button and any option button.
Finally keeping holding the buttons till the LED lights on the control board stop flashing.
