Dryer just clicks (relay sound) when trying to start. It is maytag MEDB835DW4. I found service manual, followed instructions to get fault codes: F4E4 which is low L2 voltage. Tested from breaker to plug--ok. Followed manual and tested all internal connections according to manual. This includes the 5VDC, 12 VDC, and plug to control board connections. All per spec.

Still dryer only clicks when hitting power.

Also, the diagnostics have you check L1 voltage and continuity but I don't know what L2 voltage really is. I did run a diag test and it looks like for L1 it has heater and air, and after flashing L2 is shows 000. This means (I think that there is not L2 voltage which is what it says, but all values and continuity checks out).

When you press start, you hear a click but nothing further.
