Fault 1
FC SENSOR RESISTANCE FAULT
- Issue:
- The resistance of the FC Sensor is outside the normal range (< 660 ohms).
- Advice:
- Primary Action: Check sensor connection at controller. Secondary Action: Replace sensor.
Fault 2
EVAP SENSOR RESISTANCE FAULT
- Issue:
- The resistance of the Evaporator Sensor is outside of the normal range (> 45k ohms).
- Advice:
- Primary Action: Check sensor connection at controller. Secondary Action: Replace sensor.
Fault 3
EVAP SENSOR RESISTANCE FAULT
- Issue:
- The resistance of the Evaporator Sensor is outside of the normal range (< 660 ohms).
- Advice:
- Primary Action: Check sensor connection at controller. Secondary Action: Replace sensor.
Fault 4
PC SENSOR RESISTANCE FAULT
- Issue:
- The resistance of the PC Sensor is outside of the normal range (> 45k ohms).
- Advice:
- Primary Action: Check sensor connection at controller. Secondary Action: Replace sensor.
Fault 5
PC SENSOR RESISTANCE FAULT
- Issue:
- The resistance of the PC Sensor is outside of the normal range (< 660 ohms).
- Advice:
- Primary Action: Check sensor connection at controller. Secondary Action: Replace sensor.
Fault 6
DEFROST FAULT
- Issue:
- The previous 2 defrosts were aborted after 30 minutes.
- Advice:
- Primary Action: Check the defrost heater assembly in the FC - look for blown fuses, loose/bad connections. Secondary Action: Ensure that the defrost harness (brown wires) is securelypluggedinto the Power/Control module. Tertiary Action: Replace Power Module.
Fault 7
POWER/CONTROL MODULE SELF TEST FAULT
- Issue:
- On the last poer up, the Power/Control module failedits self test or there is an IO fault present.
- Advice:
- Primary Action: Go into diagnostics mode and check IO faults page. Secondary Action: If no IO faults switch product off, and back on again. If Code 7 re-appears recheck for IO faults. If none replace power module
Fault 9
LAH HIGH CURRENT FAULT
- Issue:
- The low ambient heater is drawing more current than expected. Either the heater or wiring is faulty.
- Advice:
- Primary Action: Check the wring and connections at both heater and power module. Secondary Action: Check heater resistance. If not within limits replace heater.
Fault 10
PC FAN CURRENT LOW CURRENT FAULT
- Issue:
- The PC fan is drawing less current than expected. Either the wiring is open circuit or the fan is faulty.
- Advice:
- Primary Action: Check PC fan wiring and connections at both the fan and power module. Secondary Action: Check fan. If faulty replace
