Issue:
  • The lamp is unusable.
  • The oven isn't connected to the power supply or the fuse has blown
Advice:
  • Change the bulb.

The cooling fan keeps working after the oven isturned off.

Issue:
The fan should stop after no longer than 1 hour, as soon as the temperature of the oven falls toapprox. 125°C.

Issue:
  • The door isn't shut properly.
  • The clock time on the programmer is flashing.

Advice:
  • Make sure the door is closed correctly.

Issue:
  • The lock is not effective immediately.
  • The door lock only becomes effective approx.
  • 2 minutes after the start of the cycle.

The rotisserie spit keeps turning after the end of cooking

Issue:
he rotisserie spit motor keeps working until the selector is returned to the zero setting.
Advice:

Smoke is being produced during cooking

Issue:
Cooking temperature too high. Dirty oven
Advice:
Reduce the cooking temperature. Clean the oven by pyro-cleaning if this program is available.

There's no light inside the oven while the pyro-clean program is operating

Issue:
The lighting is only meant to come on for the l cooking programs.
Advice:
The pyro-clean cycle produces temperatures, which are too high for the lighting to work properly.

There's a noise inside the oven after the end of cooking

Issue:
The fan in the upper part of the oven (not visible) l is working (even if the oven is set to the "off" position)
Advice:
This is normal; the fan of a pyro-clean oven stays l on until the oven has cooled down.

The oven is not heating.

Issue:
  • The oven is not connected.
  • Your fuse is out of order.
  • The selected temperature is too low.
  • Other causes.
Advice:
  • Connect the oven.
  • Replace the fuse in your electrical setup and check its capacity (16A).
  • Increase the selected temperature.
  • Call the After Sales Service Department.

The cooling fan continues to operate after the oven stops.

Issue:
The fan should stop a maximum of one hour after cooking, or as soon as the oven temperature has lowered to approximately 125°C.
Advice:

The oven produces sparks.

Issue:
A metallic element is too near one of the walls or the grill
Advice:
Move any metal items away from the walls of the oven. - Never use metal items with the rack.
