access to filter on caple wdi2203

Hi there, I'm trying to get access to the filter on my caple wdi2203 washer dryer. I've undone the screw on the panel at the base of the machine, but the panel isn't coming away. Am I missing something? The manual says it should just prise away, but that doesn't appear to be happening. Is there a technique I should use?
