Blomberg machine wash not washing

My door lock keeps flashing although the door is closed. I have tried to reset by unplugging the machine and emptying the filter but the issue isn’t solved. Am not sure it’s a lock problem as you can hear the lock sound. Please refer to image attached to see the message it keeps displaying
