Please note that you are not required to make any advance payment to secure your appointment. Instead we ask that you make full payment to the engineer at the time of the appointment using cash, debit or credit card.

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards along with, Visa debit, Visa Electron and Maestro debit cards.
You won’t need to pay a charge to use any of these debit cards when you book a repair or installation with us:
You can only use debit cards that are issued in the UK.
Maestro card issue numbers: If you pay with a Maestro card on our website, we’ll ask you for an issue number when you enter your payment details. If your Maestro card doesn’t have an issue number, please enter 0 in the box.
You can use any of these credit cards to pay for your repair but just so you know, you’ll need to pay a credit card charge. You’ll find details of this below.

Credit card charges - If you use a credit card to make payments online or over the phone with us, you’ll need to pay a fee of 2% which we’ll add at the payment stage.
Sorry, we don’t accept personal or business cheques and we can’t accept any type of cheque by post.
