You can make a booking through the North London Appliances app, or on the web. We'll collect a few personal details (like your name and phone number), your address (so an engineer is able to find your home) and the appliance details and fault description. After that, we'll send a confirmation email, and if you haven't already, you can download the app to manage your booking, track the engineer and more!
