WASHING MACHINE FULL OF WATER

We cannot get our lamona HJA 8553 washing machine to finish its wash programme and the machine is full of water. Have tried the spin programme and tried to wash the load again but the machine is still cutting out and has even more water in the drum. Any advice greatly appreciated.
