We keep getting e10 error. Machine takes a few tries before it starts at times or stops mid cycle and has to be restarted several type to continue. Trying to figure out what the issue is

What's the make and model of your washing machine?
What's the make and model of your washing machine?
Trinity Bendix is the make but I'm not sure of the model. We've had it for about 7 years
