How to fix 1E error code

I bought my 15 kg Daewoo washing machine in saudi arabia and send to Philippines. My first use displayed 1E error if I use “main wash” but if I use pre wash it will works no error. Until now I didn’t use it and buy new one. Can you support me to fix it please so we can use.
