I have a Hotpoint Inverter Washing machine which is three year old. I can't use it at the moment because I keep getting a door lock issue. I have looked at the catch turned it on and off several times but still the same problem. Also on the 30min wash the programme keeps getting stuck on the 6 mins. The only way for me to fix it is to turn the machine off and put it on the Eco 20min wash.

Can anyone tell me how to fix firstly the locking mechanism.
