Hoover one touch washing machine

Hi guys, I bought a brand new One Touch hoover washing machine from curry's last week, I took out the travel boats, Set it to do a wash but it will not Spin, no error codes, I'm just wondering if its user error or maybe stunting else? Any tips or advice would be appreciated.
