Our Hoover Dynamic NEXT (9kg 1600 spin) washing machine is now on almost aa washes stops before the rinse programmes with an error code E03. The door remains locked for some extended period of time, but if we try to put the machine on a rinse programme too early we get an error code E16. Today it took almost 1 hour for the door to release itself. Have checked the filter and the hose to make sure they are clear because the book says error E03 is meant to be machine not draining properly. however would the affect the lock on the door. When checking the filter you can feel the pump, and there doesn't seem the be any obstruction in the pump. Anyone else experienced similar problems?

Exactly the same problem with my Hoover Dynamicnext 8 Kg, either getting E03 (not drained on time) or E16 (water heating element) . Looking forward to seeing g responses.
