My AEG washing machine displays an error E69 which I know is the heat element, however its stopping mid cycle and not rinsing or draining.

I've emptied manually several times using the drain pipe and filter which allows me to start a cycle again but the same thing happens everytime... even a normal refresh.

Any advice?
