Can anyone tell me how to get into diagnostic mode on this tumble dryer? It does not have a dial and when I tried to get into the diagnostic mode by pressing start/stop with the button to the left simultaneously, I get either 3 red and 2 amber flashes on one programme or 11red and 14 amber on another. Not sure if I’m doing it correctly though.. The problem is this: it’s starts drying and soon after it stops, emits three triple beeps and constant flashing red. When I open the door the steam and heat comes out. I have to unplug the dryer from the socket, wait a bit and plug back in. The programme starts again only to stop again within minutes. Any ideas?
