I have an AEG LAVATHERM 59840 condensor dryer with heat pump (model no T 59840, Part number 916096 202 01) doesn't dry clothes. In diagnostic mode at position C2 it gives error message e 32. I have checked and cleaned the carbon brush. I have checked continuity on the thermal cut out which sits against the copper pipework between the cooling and heating units.
I can hear the compressor motor running in diagnostic mode but the copper reservoir isn't getting warm.
