We have a bosch WTW85470GB/08 heat pump condensor dryer. On this model you can use it with or without and external drain. If you use it without a drain then the water collects in the condensor drawer. We have been using like this for a few months. I have now switched it to external drain, the instructions for this are quite clear, connect the external hose, take out he drain plug from the condenser drawer and re position the filter. However the water still accumalates in the drawer. In fact if I take the drawer out I would expect the water to pour out of the lower hole from which the rubber plug was removed but in fact it doesn't
does anyone have any experience with this?
