Hello, I'm from Sheffield Sustainable Kitchens contacting you on behalf of one of our customers who has a Series 4 induction hob product code PUE611BB1E. It was installed in May 2022 and now the hob isn't working properly. Please can you tell me where she can find the ENR and FD numbers so that I can speak to you about repairs and warranty.
