Hi my washing machine Baumatic BWD1212 has stop close to the end of a cycle with a error 2, it is still full of water and I can not open the door.

I have tried turning it off on on and putting it on a spin cycle but the error keeps beeping - I have no idea what to do next - please can someone help me?
