We have a power supply going to the unit, but the electrical components seems to have ceased working,. I have unplugged to try and reset, but with no success. I have also cleared any lint from all air vents to the back of the unit, in case this was affecting airflow, but still no joy.

Any suggestions on what I should do next, or is an engineer required?
