I have a SIHP264s cooktop that has error 4 on one of the surfaces. I have powered off the unit for 24hrs, no change. I have swapped the internal electronic EGO75.08010.212 for the good one in the cooktop unit, no change, error 4 still exists on the same location. Can you advise on the next step required please?
