HI I'm looking at a 3E fault on Samsung Wf1114xfb washer it has the direct drive motor and the main pcb board configuration is slightly different to the service manual i have.
Checking Cn3 connector i have 5 volts to the hall effect sensor and the motor only has 3 wires connected but im unable to see where the hall effect sensor is mounted as its not part of the motor.
i want to locate the sensor to confirm the wiring is good from main pcb to the sensor itself but it doesn't seem be visible anywhere on the drum or motor the only sensor i can find is the vibration sensor mounted to the top of the drum and connected to the front panel wiring.
