Good afternoon,
We purchased a Miele fridge from John Lewis. Unfortunately the handle is coming adrift. There are no marks to show damage. We believe this to be a manufacturing fault As they do not have any engineers to carry out an inspection before issuing a refund they understandably require a writen report. Is this something you can do?
We can send you images if this saves an engineer coming out to East Finchley.
