Panel on front of freezer door normally has -18 and 4 displayed. Now shows ‘H’ instead of 4. Cannot set it back to 4. Can you help?

The temperature indicator normally shows-18 for freezer and 4 for fridge, but the fridge temperature now shows an ‘H’.
I cannot seem to reset it.
Can you guide/advise please?
