Our washing machine sensoe care is not working.I have no error message coming up but when i put a programme on the machine will strat to fill but when it comes to thge drum to turn it turns once and then stops.On the spin cycyle its starts on 14 mins then tries to spin bvut only once then the digital displays goes to 13 and 12 and then back to 14.Is there any advice you can give me.
