Hi,

My Caple 1100 washing machine shows an F02 code, which I see means 'not spinning / draining'
It also does not appear to be taking the fabric softener from the tray

Does this mean the pump is blocked? and is it simple to unblock?
I ask because my washing machine is integrated and I will have to remove the plinth under the kitchen units to get to it and then have it re-fitted?

Can you send me a link to show me which bit I need to unscrew / un-do, please?
