I have the same issue. Did you find out what it is and how you get rid of it?

Good morning all. It's an old and probably fixed issue but the washing machine is in readonly status mode and I've attached a screenshot from my app that tells you to close the door and set the dial to the onefi extra setting.
Hopefully you guys have the WiFi enabled machine because I don't know if other models have the setting.
