We have had the hob for about ten years, recently it stopped working. I turned it off by the mains and when you switch it back on it goes through a sequence as follows: 8,8,8,8 88, 5,J,6,0 A9, P,1,P- 17, 5,1,P- 04, 5,J,6,0 A9, P,1,P- 17, 5,1,P,- 04, 5,5,6,0 A9. It then flashes 0,0,0,0 d,d,d,d as shown in pictures. You can try to heat a pan of water but it only lasts for a few seconds. Our main question is, is the appliance finished or is there a reset sequence or a small repair to undertake?
