We have a BEKO G84600N refrigerator which is displaying an E4 error. Your webpage suggested it was a defrost heater failure but I was not sure if the code was consistent over several models or not. Two questions: a) is the E4 error likely caused by the defrost heater failure; 2) we are in West Africa and trained service technicians don't really exist here. Is there anywhere on line that I can obtain a service manual that could help me confirm the problem and repair it (assuming I can import the correct parts). Thank you for your help.
