I made a stupid mistake and plugged it straight in after it had been delivered horizontally. I had left it on for about eight hours before I realised I shouldn’t have done this.
I had some advice to unplug it for a few hours to let the oil settle. 24hrs later, it’s now working better, I’m getting temps of 2-3c on the top shelf and 1-2c on the bottom, but this was at the max setting. On the recommended 3 setting, I’m getting about 6-7c on the top and 4-5c on the bottom shelf. Is this about right? Will there be any long-term damage from this?
