Domestic Appliance Forum

I have a Daewoo dishwasher and recently I keep getting the E3 error, sometimes at the end of the washing process and sometimes in the middle.
Called the customer support and they told me it's nothing to worry about and they're not coming to check out the problem.
My question is, is it really safe to continue using the dishwasher or is it because I live in Iran and support is poor?
