Hi guys - can anyone help me? I have just moved into a new property and the SMEG range cooker has an issue.

I believe the clock needs to be set in order for the fan oven to work, but the buttons just don’t work. They’re unresponsive etc and have no resistance when I press them, as if they’re aligned in the wrong place. What’s the best solution for this please?
