Smeg electric oven error code 9 message

We have a Smeg SFR9390X oven which has not come up to temperature and now displays an Error 9 message on the LED display yet on checking there is no trouble shooting, fault finding or error codes mentioned in the user manual. What does error code 9 mean?

Same message two months old! Instructions Ab useless and no grill mention in instructions - needs re written by so
