I had the same fault on my LAM7001 Microwave/Combi. The seal has failed on the door glass. I reported it back to Howdens and they sent an engineer to replace the door (5 min job literally). Not sure what that would cost out of warranty. If you want parts for the machine you need to use the Electrolux site and PCN 944066477-1 (or whatever is on your machine.
