My wife and I were cooking dinner in our Neff U1422 oven last night when it displayed error code C06 and turned off.
As the dinner was about ready we turned it off at the mains and left it for an hour or so. When I turned it back on the error code had gone and the oven started heating up. It seems fine again today.

The Neff instruction book is of no use but I've read online that it may be a fault with the door mechanism.

Can someone please tell me what the problem is and how I can stop it recurring?
