Hi I have a built in Neff Oven that has just recently stopped working .
Variant Code 91285302 has appeared , any ideas on how I should proceed ?
I have the same problem. Can scroll through loads of Variant codes, but cant find one the same as any of the numbers on the rating plate. I’m going to call my supplier today.

Hello posting this as I couldn't find any help when I was looking. it took us 3 weeks and many calls to support and a technician who all didn't know what to do. In order to find the code we had to pull the entire oven out of the wall (turning off the mains first)to find the sticker on the back of the outside of the oven. On the sticker there is a VC code. You need to match that code to what showing up on the screen then it will work again.

I had same message on my oven and removed oven from housing and found the code it is now working thanks to Sarah Keane for the tip. You would think these things should be in your Manuel.

Luckily I found this forum. After 15 minutes of manual searching I found the answer here. Luckily, the VC code was behind the water drawer. Thanks Sarah Keane.

Just had the same issue. No need to take your oven out. There are only so many codes it can be, just work your way through them , ours was 6 codes in, then go to the settings cog and select your language, job done!
