Hi - I am trying to identify the model of a built-in ceramic / glass "Leisure" Hob in order to identify how to deactivate the LOCK status it in currently in. I am unable to access the label underneath and wanted to see if anyone is able to help identify the model number from the photo's I have attached and/or if you are able to provide any reset advise. I have tried different combinations to attempt to unlock it and also powered it off for several hours and overnight but none have been successful.

It is not very new and I just can't seem to find any that look like it to determine the model or how to deactivate the lock. Called the LEISURE help desk but they could offer no help with out the Model number
