After descaling process one of my staff did not finish the program properly and pressed one of the cleaning programs on without removing the cleaning capsule in the roof of the oven.
Door locked, screen dark and error code E177 appearing.......
'Any one who knows how to get around this?

I heard of a service button press sequence to be able to open the door...
