Gaggenau oven - Service Menü?

Dear all, I have some issues with vibration noises with my Gaggenau oven. I read in another forum about a service menu in which you can control the fan and get more Information. You have to push a certain combination on the touch screen to enter this service menu (Gaggenau 400 Serie) but I can't figure out which. Can someone help? Thank you very much and have a nice day!
