I have a Gaggenau Steam oven, the door will not close. Its seems that the locking mechanism is blocked and the latch will not close. Help!!! An error code popped up on the LED Screen and disappeared before I could write it down. I am selling my house in a few weeks and need to have the oven working. I have a call into my Appliance Dealer, but was hoping to correct the problem before needing a service call as they may not be able to service before the closing of my home.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
