I have a Belling Farmhouse Range 90DFT cooker. Purchased early Oct 2017. Fault free until now (Easter Day!!)
Without any prior symptoms or warning, the RH tall oven, the LH small oven / grill oven, and the clock stopped working. Interestingly, the LH main oven continued to work and completed the cooking cycle for lunch. I have searched tirelessly for a circuit diagram or falt diagnosis chart without success.
As a mechanical engineer with a reasonable level of savvy on electrical matters, i am wondering if there is a thermal trip or dedicated fuse for the failure(s) in question. The fault has not failed to ground otherwise the house fuse would have tripped.
My next move is to drag the cooker out of its recess and thoroughly check that all wires are properly connected.
Any thoughts, guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated. PS: we have a 5star cover till 2022 so am reluctant to invalidate this by doing anything too radical apart for carrying out multi-meter continuity checks.
Thnak you. Mike from Cranbrook, Kent
