Hi we have a Stoves Richmond 600 Ei and it is showing the error message as follows;

1 - Top left ring - E
2 - Top right ring - r
3 - Bottom left ring - 2
4 - Bottom right ring - 2.

I do not know how to clear it. Any ideas/fix would be welcomed.
