Hello Folks,

I've just had my Zanussi Oven fail on me. It's 3-5 years old, and I think still well within the repair rather than replace brackets.

Ok, quick description:- During a pyrolytic cleaning session, the oven shut off and gave an F101 error on the screen and the door remained locked while it cooled down. I isolated it for an hour to let it cool off and turned it on again. Still F101 and locked door. To get the S/N and model number I manually unlocked the door with a wooden skewer.

When I turn it off and on again (not the F101, that comes when trying to use it), I get three numbers which I would like decoding for me please along with the F101. Listed below:-
