Error code on Electrolux oven EOE7C31X

Hello, this morning when waking up I found out that my oven has started by itself somtime during the night and was running at 200 Celsius.
I turned the circuit breaker off and then back on, the display of the oven showed the following codes:
F 23 014
C51 001
P030 0306
