Following a brief power outage, the Neff oven is now displaying an Error Code 9. There is no error code 9 in all the Neff issue resolutions provided online. Calling the Neff helpine resulted in the customer service rep saying a technician would have to come out to fix the problem at a minimum of £100 service call and probably more to fix the oven. Can anyone help with a idea as to how to resolve the issue without incurring a huge cost? Thank you.
